The CYA COVID-19 FORMS were made specifically for the issues now facing deathcare. There are several areas that are changing - and we want to help deathcare CYA. The following forms cover 3 specific issues.

Video Memorialization

More and more businesses are offering video options; make sure that your families are approving this service and understanding how it works. (Yes - we know about the Facebook Live issue - it's in here).

Cremation Identification

Deathcare is going virtual in all aspects - cremation included. However, providers STILL NEEED TO CONFIRM IDENTIFICATION. The Identification Without Viewing Form is an easy form that will allow ID without family having to view the body in person. 

Home Funerals

Call it a step-back in time, but some funeral homes are allowing families to have the service of funerals in their home; keeping it private and and safer. While this will be dependent on your local orders - it could be a great option and this form will help make sure you are covered.
